Changing or Canceling Your Order
We understand plans can shift. If you need to adjust your account details, we can help update your name, email, or address on file—especially if you realize an incorrect email was entered during checkout. However, we are unable to modify the contents of the order itself once it’s been placed.
When it comes to canceling an order, there are a few important things to keep in mind. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If you initiate a cancellation, a fee of 30% of the Total Price is applied. This fee covers non-recoverable merchant processor charges and is deducted even if the cancellation is immediate. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Getting your address right from the start is crucial. Please enter all address information using the English input method. If your address contains non-English letters, swap them for similar English ones—for instance, “?” becomes “c”. After your order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We strongly suggest using a residential address over a vacation address, as we cannot predict customs hold times.
Questions About Payment
All prices and transactions on our site are in US Dollars. If your card operates in a different currency, the conversion uses the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
We accept the following payment methods:

We are unable to process payments via personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
When you enter your payment details, you are on an SSL-secure page. The information is SSL-encrypted and transmitted directly to our credit card provider’s network for authorization. Your full credit card details are never stored on our servers.
If you have a promotion or discount code, please note that these are limited to one per order. They cannot be combined with other offers unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sales events, please anticipate a bit of extra processing time. The day after your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. We are not responsible for delays that occur within your country’s customs department.
Our listed prices are tax-free in US Dollars. Any import taxes, duties, and customs fees that are applied when the package arrives in your country are your responsibility. We do not cover these charges, and we are not liable for customs-related delays.
Free shipping is available on orders that meet the minimum amount, though this does not apply to discounted, sale, or oversized/overweight products. These qualifying orders are sent via our economy shipping service.
If Something Arrives Damaged or Wrong
If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve this quickly, your message must include your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and all related references from the package.
Returning an Item
To start a return, you need to reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if it’s approved, send you the next steps. Items must be sent back in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please be aware that final sale items are not eligible for return, as outlined in our Returns Policy.
When sending a return, all shipping fees and any other miscellaneous costs are your responsibility.
Once your return arrives at our facility, processing can take up to 14 business days. We will email you a confirmation when it’s complete. Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method. For credit and debit card payments, the refund is sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you have questions about when the funds will appear in your account, please contact your bank directly.
