Refund policy

Our Commitment & Your Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t working out, you have a full 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. The item must come back to us unused, in its original condition, and inside the original packaging. Once those 15 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Items That Can't Come Back

Some product categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This applies to perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.

Additionally, the following items are exempt from returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

When a Partial Refund Applies

A full refund isn’t always possible. Only a partial refund is granted in these specific situations:

  • A book with obvious signs of use
  • An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Send Something Back

To start a return, you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Mail your product to:tamhienmaihien9873@hotmail.com.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

How Refunds Work

Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund was approved or rejected. An approved refund triggers a credit that’s automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

If Your Refund Is Missing

Processing delays are common, so a missing refund usually requires a few checks on your end. Start by checking your bank account again. Your next step is to contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund officially posts. After that, reach out to your bank, as they often have their own processing window. If you’ve taken all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tamhienmaihien9873@hotmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange yours for the same item, send us an email at tamhienmaihien9873@hotmail.com.

Sale Items & Gifts

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

For gifts, the process depends on how the order was placed. When an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund goes back to the gift giver.

Shipping Your Return

To make sure your return reaches us safely, especially for items over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can’t take responsibility for packages that don’t arrive.
